Jojoba Oil: Similar to the oil our skin naturally produces, quickly and easily absorbed. Actually a liquid wax rather than an oil. Not greasy and non-allergenic, safely used around the eyes and on the skin. It’s indefinite shelf life helps to lengthen the life of other carriers in a formula. Very moisturizing for skin and can be used instead of a moisturizing cream.
Sweet Almond Oil: Rich in Vitamin E, proteins, minerals and vitamins. Easily absorbed and can be used on all skin types for deep moisture.
Grapeseed Oil: An astringent oil that makes skin soft, elastic and evens out skin tone.
Frankincense essential oil: Cicatrisant, important to the skin’s healing process: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial. Frankincense is useful in blends for protecting the skin and reducing inflammation.
Lemon essential oil: Astringent (can contract and tighten the tissues), enhances skin penetration (due to the d-limonene components), antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, particularly useful for acne and blemishes.
Sandalwood essential oil: Used for maintaining skin health, alleviating acne, dermatitis, and eczema. Sandalwood is extremely moisturizing and helps protect the skin from other strong oils.
Chamomile essential oil: May help counteract inflammation and support the healing process.
